Sunrise Bookkeeping Inc. is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to maintain clients’ financial records, including A/P, A/R, sales receipts, bank statements, credit card statements, and process payroll.  We are a growing company and want you to grow with us.  We are energetic and excited to help our clients grow.

Job Description
You will work closely with our clients and our team to keep up-to-date records, generate and analyze financial statements, and interpret them for our clients.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.  You should also have knowledge of the full payroll process.



  • Data entry of bank transactions

  • Preparation of Balance Sheet/Profit & Loss statements monthly

  • Reconciliation of bank statements

  • Reconciliation of credit card statements

  • Prepare Workers Comp audits for clients

  • Process payroll and payroll tax forms including W-2s at year end


  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping

  • Ability to work with clients to meet their needs

  • General knowledge of QuickBooks

  • Ability to prioritize your workload to ensure all work is being completed

  • Good communication both written and verbal
